: It was very good time, quiet, nice view for sea, very close to beach sorry beaches, temperature 30C end high every day between September and October 15 min away from old town (bus 21 bus stop 50 m for both ways, last one 10 after midnight ticket 1.50) What can I say for the end so short and see you again next year.

: Excellent stay at this property. The host was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble, if you needed somthing. It is ideal size, for couples or single travellers, and with its location in the centre of the resort. It was in easy reach, of the shops, restaurants, bars and public transport. Overall an excellent stay.

: Eleni was a lovely host who made sure to explain everything about the studio, and was available almost all day, as she manages a shop below the studio. It was clean, comfy bed, lovely little terrasse with a view on the sea and garden as well as shops. Next to Kalamaki beach restaurant and private beach, where we spent most of our days, surrounded by small shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and close to the bus stop that serves the area to Chania center.
: The water heating system was a bit difficult to understand at first, as we had to switch it on 15 minutes before we wanted to use it, but could not leave it on for more than 15 minutes or the water temperature would reach dangerously hot levels. Once understood, no problem, but inconvenient after a day at the beach with a sandy toddler. The shower has no curtain and no basin, so the entire bathroom is flooded after a shower, there is no other way. You must mop after every use. This was the worst part of the entire stay, as I was worried about slipping as the foot sried. However, these two details are not important enough to affect how i rate this studio 5 stars for location and price.
