  : Extremely noisy fridge, every few minutes it would make a loud bang, luckily everyone was so tired that once we fall asleep, it wasnt bothering us anymore. Although the bathroom itself was a very good size, the shower area was very small, a person bigger than the average certainly wouldnt be able to move around comfortably. There was no explanation whatsoever on how to leave the parking lot and go to the hotel, we were LITERALLY trapped inside the underground parking and had to keep walking around with kids, luggage and a dog until we could hear people talking, we then followed those people to enter the hotel (it was only possible to access the lift using the room key, which we didnt have yet!). At the reception we were told that it was necessary to go outside the parking lot (I still dont know how) and walk around the block to enter the hotel from the main entrance, not using the lift from the underground parking, as the lift can only be opened with the room key.

  : I arrived around midnight and the Reception staff was very welcoming and attentive. The facilities were excellent, with the dinette and coffee machine, although I did not use them on this occasion. The bed was very comfortable, although I was unable to close down the noise from the air conditioning unit. In any case I slept well. I checked out early without breakfast.
  : The room looked a little tired, the shower cubicle needed modernisation and overall would benefit from a refurbishment.
