  : It was way over priced considering the condition of the place. The shower had mold in the corners, the wall of the shower had been thrown up over the existing wall. We were given the very last room at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor which was noisy.

  : The guest services representative at the front desk was unwelcoming and rude. He refused to assist me with alternate solutions when my booking was incorrect due to a third party error. He was not accommodating at all to my situation. I was in town for my nephew’s wedding and was supposed to stay with the rest of my family at the same location. This employee’s lack of consideration was inexcusable and I was left to find an alternative solution for myself and two children at the last minute. Even though there were vacancies at this location, I refused to stay after being treated so horribly. Luckily, I was able to find another hotel that was close by in time to get ready for the event. My family that ended up staying there said I was lucky. They had filthy rooms and the plumbing was inoperable. My mother had to move rooms 3 times before finding one that was clean. I am very thankful I found another hotel. I will never make another reservation at a Hampton Inn again.
