Balnearn House is a family-owned B&B set in the beautiful Tay valley in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Surrounded by its own garden it offers rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Breakfasts are freshly prepared and include a selection of both cooked and lighter options.
