  : Beds and pillows so hard it was difficult to sleep. Entrance hallway to property unlit and scruffyNo parking on arrival as promisedUnable to access property as key gad been left in wrong place by cleaner; unsatisfactory apology.Location although central was not what we are used to, scruffy street with no outlook, very busy and noisy with tradesmen.

  : It is neat, clean and has everything you need.
  : There was nothing I didnt like. It doesnt have a view and the front door doesnt suggest a lot but dont be deceived. Inside the door is a lovely modern apartment.

  : Perfect location for central Perth and for main routes to Edinburgh and Crieff. Lovely clean accommodation. Comfy beds and pillows & lovely extras- throws, tissues, fluffy towels etc. fab communication from Shannon & really helpful & safe parking.
  : Ran out of loo roll and could find any extra. Think just an oversight as lots of bits and bobs available to make the stay comfortable- cleaning products, well kitted kitchen etc. dishwasher would have been nice if staying longer but no prob for us at all.

  : Convenient for Perth town centre, able to walk there. Spacious 2 bed apartment on the ground floor. Well equipped kitchen. The owners had said we could park in the other business that they own on the same street so that we didnt have to park on street where there is meter parking. Clean property nice bedding comfy sofas in the lounge along with a dining table and chairs.
  : There isnt a window in the bathroom and the ventilation fan is very noisy and stays on for a long time after the light has been switched off. Not sure about the area, police visited twice whilst we were there for 3 nights and picked up needles off the pavement. Non of which directly affected our stay.

  : The location of the property was excellent. We were working with Perth & Kinross Council at their offices at 2 High Street for their Christmas lights switch on event.

  : We liked that it was close to the train station and was on the ground floor all level, and was clean with comfortable beds.but I feel that it could do with new cushions and a paint job as some of the doors were quite yellow.
  : When we arrived the place was very cold due to heating being on a timer, which was not good, there was no toilet roll either, and I think a small welcome of tea bags, coffee and milk would be a good idea as we had to go find a shop for these items, I feel for the price we paid it would not be too much to ask.

  : Location was excellent as we were working with Perth & Kinross Council for their Christmas events in the city centre. Handy having a kitchen, etc rather than us just staying in a hotel room.
  : It would be helpful if the check out time was a little later so that once we are out to start in the morning someone could come back for the bags later on, not a big deal though, we just need to be organised the night before.
