  : Thin walls. We could really hear the people in the room next to us and in the halls. I also wish our window opened even just a crack. The room got a bit stuffy with three people.

  : Rooms were comfy and clean. Bathrooms were very small but nicely done. Beds were very comfortable. Bar was was fun but crowded, not enough places to sit
  : Walls are so thin that the people next door kept us awake. A barking dog down the hallway was also annoying. Do you allow dogs? One free bottle of water would be nice.

  : You need to install an ice machine. Having to go to the lobby every time for ice is silly.Parking very difficult. Bathroom very tiny. Lack of closets irritating. HVAC not working. Woke up to overheated room.

  : The only saving grace for this hotel is its location. It is truly in the heart of the town and walking distance from everything I needed.
  : The first issue was the staff. Most of the staff was unhappy. I witnessed staff complaining about their jobs and each other on more than one occasion while being served at the bar. I didn’t receive the service I’d expected from what I thought was a luxury hotel.The second was the smell. The entire hotel smells like a cat box. Combined with the smell from the literal seafood restaurant attached to it, it was rough. I spent the week worrying about whether my clothes were being contaminated by the harsh smell that permeates the property .The third was the room condition. For the price I was expecting a 5 star hotel. The room is very small. It’s more like a small dorm room with all the same charms. There were exposed wires by the tv and air conditioner. There were water stains on the ceiling. The room was beyond basic in terms of furniture, with chips and scratches on the desks. I get the antique aesthetic but they missed it by miles. The windows of your room don’t open, not even a crack to allow for fresh air. And to top it off it was loud. Like, really loud. They leave you ear plugs on your bedside table and I get why now. The room floors are hardwood so you hear every step above your head. The Main Street outside it very loud because of traffic all throughout the night. The exposed piping in your room also means you’re gonna hear the sound of everyone else’s shower. The fourth was the bathroom. The toilet reeked. If I left the seat up the whole bathroom would smell. The drain in the shower wasn’t good either so it filled up with water during showering . In the bathroom they had a smart mirror that shows the date and time and it was not set correctly, off by a few years and months and hours. I googled how to use it and manually reset it myself. Having to do this as a guest showed the lack of detail staff has in setting up your room. Overall it had the charm of a roadside motel. The lobby and outdoor patio area are the fanciest parts of this hotel.
