  : Close to the beach, nice pool area, clean and well kept hotel. Room was quite big and air-condintioning in the room was good. Wi-fi worked well.
  : There was no balcony and it was impossible to get any swimming gear to dry up in the bathroom. Hotel could find some solution to this f.ex. common drying area outside.

  : The hotel offers a pleasant setting with a panoramic view, making for a visually appealing experience. The breakfast included in the package was satisfactory, though not exceptional, leaning towards savory options.
  : Unfortunately, the additional bed in one of the double rooms fell short in length and width to comfortably accomodate an adult. Regardless of our complaints, the concierge denied us any kind of assistance, saying they couldnt do anything to solve the issue. We got over it. In one of the other rooms the mosquito net was completely shattered and there was not even a small balcony to dry our bathing suits, but we managed to find a solution without bothering the staff. However, on the last day of our stay, after an 8 AM to 11 PM boat excursion (arranged through the hotel reception), two out of three rooms remained uncleaned. The next morning, at around nine o'clock while heading down for breakfast, we voiced our concerns with the concierge. To our bewilderment, their response was as follows: 1) They insisted we must have hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door, despite us never doing so. 2) They indicated that upon our arrival, we should have immediately dialed the EMERGENCY number to request an urgent room servicing. AT MIDNIGHT!? 3) As if that wasnt enough, they announced that we were not entitled to any discount because we had voiced our complaints after breakfast, rather than before. This statement, coming from a concierge referencing the words of a four-star hotel director, left us incredulous to say the least. To sum up: standoffish staff who doesnt really care about the comfort and wellbeing of their guests, and even dares to insinuate that they make up stories to get a discount, despite photoes that prove otherwise. An unpleasant experience. Go somewhere else.

  : this property has no air conditioning. they have units that look like air conditioning but are fans. we could not sleep all night. If they have fully working air conditioning in all rooms then its a lovely place to stay.
