  : This makes me sad to write this. They were VERY disorganized and not very friendly. In all fairness, the completely frazzled front desk person said that they had just acquired the property and were trying to renovate while open. We didn’t see any signs of construction. And…1. Arrived 30 minutes after check in time. They couldn’t find the reservation for a few minutes and then room wasn’t ready. Asked us to wait 30 minutes without really apologizing. Let us and some other waiting guests use a restroom in Room 112, then tried to give us that room. I said no.2. No working fire alarm in our room. 3. No towels in room. When I asked, she said they’d bring them later because they were just getting out of the dryer. 4. We went out and got back several hours later. Still no towels. 5. Went to ask for towels. Man said he’d bring them in a few minutes. 6. Still no towels. Went to ask again. He had forgotten? He was nice! Stood there with my arms out while he pulled towels out of a (hopefully clean) laundry bin, folded them, and laid them in my arms. 7. No remote for TV. 8. No coffee in the morning. None in the whole building.9. Room had been cleaned, but the chair in it was very worn and dingy and we found bottle caps on the floor. Not from us. 10. No racks or hooks to hang towels on. Peeling paint. 11. Pool was green.
