  : Customer service was hyper responsive and provided us better cleaning and additional towels as requested.
  : We expected a better cleaning of the space before guest arrival, especially because we've been asked to check in 1 hour later (previous guest left the space particularly untidy, they said) .No bathroom carpet, we had to use one of the few towels provided to not step on the 5/10 clean bathroom floor. The space (livingroom) is quite big but empty which gives a sense of incompleteness and randomness. Fake and dusty plants are never a beautiful. For 2 guests 2 nights, only 1 coffee pod, no tea or other breakfast simple supplies.The kitchen furniture (but overall the apartment and the staircase of the building) have a weird smell: kitchen also contains stale coffee beans in a plastic box. The (old) air system is almost 24/7 on, with an heavy and unpleasant noise coming from a closet close to the sofa in the living room. The apt is 3rd floor, w/ steep and narrow wooden stairs, watch out if you have heavy luggages

  : The location was perfect as everything was within walking distance. Easy in and out door access with use of a key pad and not a key. Temperpedic matress was amazing to sleep on
  : Cleanliness of apartment was terrible . Wifi amenity was not up to par, didn't have any wifi till later afternoon of my last day. No blinds covering one of the bedroom windows.. not enough bath towels. No tub drain. No dishpergrct as everything soap to wash kitchen pans that were extremely old and dirty, didn't feel safe cooking in them.
