  : Excellent location, central for lots of visitors attractions.
  : No internet wouldn't normally have been a problem but because of Covid all attractions etc had to be booked online via internet. So nearly used a full months mobile data up in 1 week. Cutlery was really poor cheap quality.

  : The owners are very friendly, location is central in Yorkshire and the parking space is directly outside the door. Beds are very comfortable and you have everything you need including wifi and a sun trap terrace to the rear. Would stay again and would recommend. Please book food ahead as black swan which was best in our opinion is always fully booked, would not recommend the station hotel. My parents went to the museum up the road and really loved it, dad went twice!
  : There is no tv service so bring a fire stick, roku or other or DVDs. The bath is a little old, there is no washing machine and only parking for 1 car

  : Brilliant location in a lovely town. Comfy accommodation and beds very comfortable too. Plenty of storage space. Two minute walk into the town centre but still a very quiet environment.
  : The kids would have liked WiFi, but we were fine without it.

  : 1. Location very good, handy for NYMR trains, castle, pubs, restaurants, shops and buses. 2. Cosy property of great character.
  : 1. A problem with water heating (for the second time in two stays) sorted with phone assistance, boiler control panel falling apart and needs replacing. 2. Wi-fi would be useful.
