  : The location was good and hotel is not bad. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The lighting was calming and the walls were not as thin as other hotels where you hear everything from other rooms. The night receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She was always polite and provided outstanding customer service. Check in was quick and easy. When we had issues with of the keys to the room, the receptionist who checked us in was always helpful and got it fixed asap.
  : The breakfast was completely awful! We went down at 8am the first morning and there was nothing to eat besides prepackaged muffins and banana. I went to the front desk to ask if they could replenish the hot food as breakfast is not over till 10am and the receptionist asked another receptionist if she would go do it and she had said no. The one I spoke to walked into the dinning hall obviously not happy to have to provide services to guests and stated with "I don't do breakfast, I'm just filling in " while 6 guests including ourselves watched and listened to her. We ended up waiting 25 minutes for breakfast. The eggs tasted like melted plastic in water and the waffle mix was so bland and worse than grocery store freezer waffles. The tater tots were undercooked and slimy. We ended up throwing out the food and left the hotel to eat elsewhere later. The following day, the breakfast was an improvement but still very underwhelming. There's a musty smell throughout the hotel. Although it stated it is a smokefree hotel, it still smelled like people smoked. That was unpleasant as we don't smoke. The shampoo container in our bathroom looked like the bottle was refilled and not a fresh bottle. The day receptionists had no customer service skills. They were rude and were not pleasant to anyone who had questions. Other guests were complaining about them the whole time in the dining room and spoke about their horrible experiences with them.

  : I had sofa in the room which was smelling horrible couldn't sit for more than 10secs, unfortunately I couldn't watch tv which was in front of smelly sofa. Breakfast was ok.

  : It was inexpensive compared to others in the area but still to high for what they gave you
  : First off they needed to tell you at the beginning it is under construction. Secondly they charge a $50 retainer that is supposedly credited back after your stay ,but I have yet to see it credited . No 3 they had no breakfast.

  : The staff took 12 min to even come to the desk for me to check in around 6 on a sat. Night. The beth room was dirty, not enough towels, the sink stopper was broke, very little hot water. NO CHAIRS TO SIT IN IN THE ROOM AT ALL!!!! With bad backs that isnt good. My husband was in pain when we left. Not enough pillows either. THE WORST WAS WE CANT CONTROL THE AIR AT ALL! IT WAS SO HOT IN OUR ROOM NO ONE SLEPT AND WE HAD TO GET UP AT 5:30 for the kids softball game at 7. Will never stay again. Which is sad because our granddaughter plays there often. U have destroyed the people wanting to come there because u control the air. That is ridiculous of a thing. What u are loosing in people staying arent gaining with the air! We have a whole team and wont stay again. Sorry for u guys!

  : The evening staff was extremely rude, I was required to pay a $50 deposit that they would not allow me to pay in cash, the carpet in the room was damp and sticky, there were various stains on all linens/surfaces, towels were threadbare, mold in bathroom
