: Close to everywhere in beautiful Pienza , very clean small room and good clean bathroom. Very quiet. Nice shared kitchen. Air conditioning worked great, so important as it was very hot outside. Excellent communication with the owner who always responded very quickly and politely all my queries. Pienza is very beautiful and has one of most views at Val D'orcia I've ever seen and sunset was wonderful.
: Would be great to have pot for cooking but everything else was in the kitchen. Hard pillows. Swimming pool is advertised but in fact its 15 minutes walk from bed and breakfast in another property owned by the owner ( Agriturismo La Collina di Pienza ). Pool was more like pond with not very clean green water and very slippery bottom ( no tiles , just concrete) but nice gentleman working at the reception told me water in it comes from lake in the mountains and is safe , yet next day my son started having itchy pimples all over his legs. Would be good to invest in proper pool.

: the location was nice, in the middle of magic Pienza. The host gave us some good suggestions, especially about the Osteria Sette di Vino. The room was very clean, overall comfortable, a bit too little
: Small room, therefore possibly not good value for money.

: The appartement is very cosy, bed confortable and well situated in the historical center of Pienza. I recommend this appartement if you visit Val D'orcia, rather than an Agriturismo ! Federico is super responsive and helped us with recommendations !
: Breakfast was nothing fancy (a sort of so you it yourself), but this is very commun in the area! Luckily it's very well situated in the city center and enjoyed a cappucino in the central piazza!
