  : Front desk was pleasant when checking in. When needing new comforter, sheets, and extra pillows, these were brought into the room and bed changed.
  : Description states soundproof rooms. They are NOT! Train track right behind the building and was SO LOUD when the train went by at least 3 times around midnight during the stay. Very loud people outside the building. Could hear people above us. Very dirty rooms. Comforter had nasty stains and pieces of something on it. What Im hoping was spilled coffee with cream, which was dry, was running down the side table. Floors very dirty and even found a fruit snack on the floor from a previous occupant. Bathroom was very dirty. All around the bottom of the toilet was covered in dust, hair, and what looked like old crusted urine. Shower curtain was beyond filthy. Tub looked like it either hadnt been cleaned in months or it was horribly stained. Front door to hotel was broken. Side door, which had security lock, was only locked after 11pm and should have been locked the entire time.

  : The hotel had cosmetic improvements to most rooms. Heat/air conditioners all are in disrepair & need to be upgraded/replaced.3rd floor is a floor right out of a creepy Bates motel movie. Cannot believe country inn & suites is associated with it.

  : Stayed there a year ago and was surprised how run down it became since then. Air Conditioning was questionable and the the front of the unit fell off the minute I touched the temperature control. Maintenance had to come and put it back on. They seemed short staffed and struggled to get guests checked in or out

  : Strange location. When we drove up ... the weeds were all around the property and in parking lot. Ugg. The front desk staff had their children right at the desk playing on the computer when we checked in. Location has had some re-modeling done but very poorly done. My bathroom didn't even have a toilet paper roll holder. Roll was on the back of the toilet, then I moved it to the shower door which constantly fell off. Ugg. The closet had been re-modeled, but the clothes hanging bar was too close to the trim. The bar fell off when I was hanging my clothes. I had to go into the closet and rehang the bar. It is far to close to the trim, so I had to hand my hangers on backwards. No other way to get them to fit. Ugg. The stairwell smelled of sweat and funk, Ugg. The room hallway smelled fine. I went to wash some clothes, and was told there is NO LAUNDRY??? What?? Had to go to a Laundry Mat close by. Ugg. Breakfast only goes till 9am on a weekend?? Cuz why?? Should be later on a weekend. Ugg. Then my bill was goofed up. Double Ugg. Will not go back.
