  : The 3 bedrooms 3 baths.
  : No cable on 1st floor bedroom and upstairs bedroom. The bunk beds need to do away from all properties. I had to sweep the leaves away from parking and steps so nobody slip. Take all carpet out. This is a place where lice and bed bugs can lay eggs. Need blinds over jacuzzi windows and blind in upstairs bathroom window just for privacy. The closets had old Christmas decorations in it and other closets didn't look like anyone cleaned them just old stuff in the closets. The fridge took forever to get cool. When properties are rented project manager/maintenance need make sure ice maker on and fridge is turned up and all tv are working with cable or internet. I'm sorry to complaint but if I don't tell you this can hurt business. I would love to give advise on all your properties of do's and don't and never charge for my opinion to help your business. I love to show you how to update the properties were it don't cost the property owner alot of $ and my opinions would be free.

  : The location is not bad, just wish we would have known how close together it was to other cabins.
  : There is a lady bug infestation. It didnt bother me too much, but the company I had with me were not very happy with it. As well as there was 2 water bugs that looked like someone stepped on them and did not clean it up. Definitely think the cleanliness could be better especially with what is going on with Covid. Also had some issues with the tv and WiFi they last night.
