Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Very close to Dollywood just down the hill.
  : Furniture had vinyl peeling off both coaches.Was on 3rd floor with no notice of that in the ad.Ad says pet friendly then when you book rental agreement says they must be a year old. Smells like rotten garbage in air. Found out solid waste facility is just through the woods. If it is crowded parking is limited. It is located on a steep hill. No information as to the location of the mystery pool.

  : Lots of room for the kids. Very close to attractions and downtown Pigeon Forge.
  : Parking was a struggle consistantly. No clear parking spaces indicated or marked so we wete blocked in each morning and had to knock on doors to find the owners of the vehicles that blocked us in. Also had issues with multiple neighbors partying and smoking weed outside as well as karaoke into the early morning hours. Same neighbors were Very inconsiderate to the shared laundry area by washing clothea all day and night the entire stay. We assumed unit A would be on ground floor and it was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. DVD player and Wifi wasnt working either.
