  : I liked the location of the hotel and the staff were nice and very helpful. I liked the Dove products that were offered in the rooms. The room was a nice size, the view was beautiful from our balcony and the beds were very comfortable.
  : I did not like fact that there was an extra sheet in the closet to use and when we pulled it out, it looked like there was an old blood stain on it. We were brought new sheets but that was very disturbing. I did not like that when we needed more towels and wash cloths, I stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes and no one came out to see what I needed. There was no bell to ring and I even knocked on the office door and nobody came out. I had to go back to my room and call for them bring more. I also did not like the fact that the pool was closed for a whole day for maintenance, yet I saw nobody fixing anything each time I passed by the pool.

  : Elevator lobby floors were very dirty and needed a good mopping! First room had hair in bathroom floor & shower. Otherwise rooms were clean.

  : The hot tub did not work the whole stay and the pool was shut down for a day. I thought breakfast was included but is was not and the breakfast that they were serving was terrible. Also our air did not work good.

  : The room stunk. The pool was real chorlinated. And there is no continental breakfast.
