: Room was great, staff friendly as always. Always clean and comfortable. Location is perfect Off the road, so you don't hear traffic but close to all attractions. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel.
: This was our third stay here. First 2 stays we were on the 4th floor and had no issues everything was great and that's why we made this our location for a third time. This time we were on the 2nd floor. Well, we had a noisy bunch above us. Sounded like kids running around until 11 or 12 for several nights banging and very noisy, our last night there was terrible. People screaming and "fighting" in the hall, doors slamming lots of banging and kids running in hallway. This went on until well after 1 am. It was our last night, and we had a 10-hour drive home the next day. I understand that some things are out of their control but the fighting in halls should have been controlled by hotel staff. If they were that uncontrollable then police should have been called in Yes, it was that bad. We didn't open our door and look to see what rooms because it's a crazy world and we didn't want to get in the middle of something for our own safety. Overall hotel is very clean, friendly staff and great location. Just needs a little more attention to what is going on in the hotel.
