  : Needed more blankets. There was only one extra set of sheets for the pull out couch. No blankets.

  : I booked off Booking.com. The breakdown did not show the additional charges for cleaning so what I thought I was paying $200 for ended up being close to $400. Well worth it if you are staying more than 1 day but the surcharge for an overnight stay was not worth it. This would be an ideal place for a couple or family/group of friends staying a long weekend or a week long stay.

  : Decent location, amount of space.
  : The jetted tub was the whole reason I booked this place. The pulg does not seal and the water does not stay hot long enough to fill the tub. The bed spread in the master bedroom had dark stains on it throughout and we found random hairs in the bathroom and kitchen.. The kitchen is also missing some key components like salt/pepper, cooking oil, serrated knives. It wasn't horrible, but absolutely not worth $250 for one night between nightly rate and cleaning fee.

  : The shower in the main bathroom had good water pressure.
  : The stopper in the jet tub did not work. Run out of hot water fast. Broken tiles. Leaking refrigerator. Dingy furniture. No coffee for the coffee pot.. was not told that wasn't provided.. Horribly uncomfortable beds. Awful swimming pool area. Covered in algea and smelt terrible.

  : The kitchen was stocked pretty well, I had everything I needed for cooking meals. Had enough bath towels in room to last our entire stay. Loved the location & ground floor was awesome. The indoor pool was comfortable too.
  : The carpet & rugs aren't cleaned to my preference as we like to walk barefoot inside & our feet would be black within 5-10 min. Just glad my kids aren't babies & crawling cuz their clothes would've been filthy!The 2nd bedroom tv didn't work (no box to get any channels), which I didn't call about because my kids didnt need a tv at bedtime. The hairdryer didn't work either, but we were able to manage without it, so again I didn't call to report this as it wasn't really an issue for us.

  : We liked how close the complex was to most of the attractions in pigeon forge. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies such as pots and pans. The condo was very clean and we had plenty of supplies.
  : There is a water mold leak above the smaller bathrooms shower and it was dripping down and making the wall soft and soaked the floor. This wasn't a problem for us but it caught our attention.
