Large Condo with Hot Tub Access 1 half Mi to Parkway!

  : VERY spacious. Great location. Friendly staff. Great balconies. Beautiful area.
  : Lots of things in the condo need to be updated. Big Crack in drywall in master bedroom. Carpet old and stained. Too many artificial plants. Master bathroom sink VERY slow in draining. Several light bulbs needed to be replaced. Clubhouse pool needs an upgrade. Dining table was sticky, needs new finish. Missing a 6th chair.

  : It had 3 balconies which worked for us all. People were kind and helped us when needed. Over all our stay was pretty good. I would go back to the same place. The property manager was very nice and understanding.
  : Carpet was not clean, windows were not clean. Kitchen table had a sticky substance on it. Main bedroom's sink was stopped up and the outdoor carpet of the 2nd balcony's outdoor carpet was up from the floor.

  : This place was billed as a rolls Royse, and it may of been a Volkswagen. Oaper coming off walls, paint messed up, furniture scratched up, roof falling in,dirty patios, TV remote in one room not there, no blankets for evening it got down to 57 degrees. Place was bad enough we left after telling owner 2.5 days early. Taking to my attorney for resolving.

  : The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. TV in each bedroom, extra blankets, pillows and sheets were available as well as an air mattress (there was even a crib you could put together if needed). The kitchen amenities were lovely. A coffee pot as well as a Keurig along with all the supplies to make the coffee. It was fully furnished with pretty much anything you would need for meal preparation. Even though it was too cold during our stay, there was balcony access not only from the living room but from the master bedroom as well. The master bath had a jacuzzi tub and the guest bath also had jacuzzi jets in it. Very nice.
  : Not nearly as clean as I'd prefer. I noticed a lot of dust on mirrors, pictures, and artificial flower arrangements. I also noticed a fair amount of mold under the rim of the upstairs toilet. I also did not care for the requirement to gather my own soiled linens and towels and place in a bag and put by the door. I've never stayed anywhere that didn't take care of that part of housekeeping themselves.

  : Amazing location. Still had that mountain woods feel but super close to Dollywood. Quiet and easy to check in. Every room has a balcony. Nice jet bathtub. The point of contact was easy to reach and responded quickly with any questions. Beds were very comfy.

  : Had to wait 3 hours to get door code. Furniture was very worn and smelled. Cable and internet both went out on last evening

  : The set up is nice but air conditioning doesn't circulate upstairs so it's hot. There are some issues with the plumbing, the sinks in bathrooms don't drain well and toilets flush with low water pressure.

  : Love the location. Close to everything but still enjoyed the mountain feel.
  : The outlets need replacing. A lot of them didn't work, or the plug would just fall out of them.
