  : We finally got to stay in the cabin. It's never available. It's so cute and comfy. It's all decked out with cabin decor. Fireplace, whole kitchen, and private hot tub outside. Perfect river view. Even got to see some of the local wildlife. Mom and baby skunk. We have been 3 times so far. I'll try to book the cabin again. I love it here.

  : The beds were comfortable.
  : Room was poorly renovated. Door stuck and was hard to open and close. The room smelled musty and although was clean at quick glance, once I began to look around, found it to be fairly dirty. The curtain hangers were broken and I had to place a trash can in front of them to keep them closed. The ceiling was falling down near the window. The bathroom just appeared unsanitary due to the outdated bathtub, toilet, cigarette burns on the bathtub and toilet seat (Non-smoking room). The bedside lamp was literally covered in a layer of dust. The door to the patio out back was also hard to open and close and the doorknob was literally smashed. The painting and trim in the room were shoddy. Looks like it was done in a rush. The man at the front desk was nice but even the lobby (or lack of) was very cluttered and appeared dirty.

  : Really wasn't anything we didn't like. It met our needs very well.

  : The bed was a bit to soft for us. But it worked.

  : The location was excellent. Close to lots of eating places and wasn’t far from Gatlinburg.
  : The air conditioner from the room above was leaking down into the bottom room. The cleaning lady left the previous people swim attire behind the bathroom door! The sheets were not changed, only the bed mad up nice and neat. Moved to another room which was better.
