Disappointing

  : Loved the location! The views, even from our non-ocean front room was very pleasant. The staff (aside from the pool staff) were extremely pleasant as well.
  : We booked this hotel knowing the weather wasn’t going to be ideal, but with the guarantee and understanding by the website and listing that the pool and hot-tub was available and regulated so that everyone would have a spot throughout the day. What we DIDNT know was apparently weddings take priority and an entire wedding party took over the pool and hot tub for the entire weekend. The pool staff advised us that they paid over $100,000 for the hotel and that there was nothing they could do since they paid so much. I didn’t feel this answer was appropriate or professional. We paid for the same amenities they did. Honestly changed the entire outlook of the trip. We just moved to California and were excited about the weekend get away after the stress of moving. Sadly, we didn’t get this.

  : Parking became valet only on Sunday and self park was not available anymore. They were nice and comped the nightly valet fee, but we still felt obliged to pay tips every time we got our car.

  : the corridors and the room need renovation, the room, especially the bathrooms, look worse than in the photos, the furniture is damaged. restaurant very poor in terms of quality of meals, prices in the restaurant very high. The overall price-quality ratio is low - the hotel pretends to be luxurious when it is priced, but it is not

  : Got to property and host never responded to various messages in order to obtain entry to unit. Will be disputing any charges that are charged to my credit card. Sent email text and phone calls and no response from host extremely disappointed and so unprofessional on there part .
