  : The room was surprisingly nice, considering the somewhat gruff exterior of the hotel. It appeared recently renovated with a nice, inviting tone, good beds and a comfortable bathroom. The location was very close to the city centre, and the breakfast was decent, considering the price for staying.
  : The check-in process was not very convenient. We knew that check-in was not until 4 PM, but we were not aware that the reception did not open until 4 PM- meaning that if you arrive early one should keep oneself preoccupied in the city centre etc. beforehand. It was stressful how the staff had to serve both the pub and the hotel, our receptionist was friendly but appeared stressed and we did not feel we could confiscate his time by asking many questions. Due to having AC it was not possible to open the windows in the room, which bothered us somewhat because in the evening the air felt somewhat stuffy and we wanted to let in some fresh air.

  : Breakfast is limited but of good quality. Location is perfect - in the center, still very quiet.
  : It’s hard to know how to communicate any issues. We had a room (313) where the water heater had problems. Our showers were super hot, and the breakfast lady didn’t know much Swedish. We were not able to get in contact with the main office over the phone either. It was Christmas holiday, and I guess they were closed.
