  : When I arrived I was told that Booking.Com did not book my reservation. I gave the hotel attendant my confirmation number and pin and she said I had no reservation. The hotel attendant said she had no record of Booking.com ever reserving a room for me. My plane was late getting in so I did not have a room. The neighborhood was not safe. The people in the hotel did not look safe. I did not see another hotel with another 30 miles. I had no choice but to reserve a room with an extremely high rate. I attempted to call Booking.com but was never able to reach anyone.
  : I didn't like the fact that I wasn't able to reach customer service at Booking.com that night. My credit card was charged numerous times by Hampton Inn. Once by Booking.com and once by Hamptom.com

  : I dont have anything nice to say at all!!!!!!
  : We were never more disappointed about our stay and the way we were treated by the manager Esmeralda. We were not notified prior to our visit that their pool and sauna were under repair or renovation? We arrived and found no water and a closed down pool. This pool was very important to us for relaxing and being on vacation. The manager was rude and I have been told it would be weeks to get my refund from Booking.com, and I have had no response at all from the hotel. Esmeralda said even though we didnt stay an hour she would not refund all of my money. I had to pull resources to go elsewhere and now I am in a budget shortfall because of it!!! I am completely unhappy.

  : My kids were bummed that the pool was drained-but that's understandable being off season-just figured mid-May there might be a chance.

  : Attention please do not disregard this!!! To be honest I didn't even enjoy my one night staying at your hotel I couldn't sleep the bed got alot of bedbugs and the AC is not even getting cold i turn it up all the way to 60 nothing and then I paid almost $250 for one night I think it's not worth it. You guys need to do something about that or offer me something or I need a full refund.
  : All the vending machines are broken or nothing inside its not very helpful for the person who was very thirsty, do something about that. Alot of bedbugs on my bed

  : The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly. The little market inside was of good value and very convenient since there were no grocery stores within walking distance. The convenience store next to the gas station was way overpriced so shop at the hotel instead for snacks. The breakfast was hot and the coffee was pretty good.
  : The nearest BART station is 1.2 miles away. I didn't have a car so I walked it. It's not a bad walk since there is a sidewalk but unless you have a car, you're stuck walking a bit. Nearby is a Starbucks and Jack in the Box but nothing else.
