  : This was the second Best Western we visited in 2 days. Both hotels are brand new but already have issues. There is no fan in the bathrooms resulting in mold growing in the showers. In one of the hotels, you had to leave the shower on for 10 minutes in order to get hot water. In this day and age, along with climate change, I am most certain there are ways to prevent such a great waste of water. We have been all over the world and have never experienced this to date. The same can be said for the air conditioning. Using the older models of air conditioning in a brand new hotel seems extremely wasteful and incredibly noisy producing a disturbed sleep. The location was great, yet rooms are not soundproofed so you would either hear the noise from the air conditioner, or the cars on the highway. Best Western needs to do a better job, spend a little more money and get into the 21st century. We paid almost $200 for this room for one night.

  : The breakfast was not replenished , the attendant just sat on a chair like a stump
  : There were only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel , they were both M.I.A . when i inquired about the cart & breakfast with the manager he became very defensive , I asked for his name and he refused to give it and retreated to his office where he slammed the door ! He refused to accept any criticism and became ugly instead of being apologetic . If he was my employee I would of fired him on the spot !

  : Very clean and comfortable. Quick pick up and drop off at the airport. Everyone was really friendly. The included breakfast was pretty good and included a cup by cup coffee maker that also did espresso. Great stay!
  : No real frills, but this was the perfect place for a quick overnight before we flew out!
