  : Not many positives to list, other than a 3 minute drive took us to a beautiful beach. We asked for a luggage full a clothes to be washed and it was done on the same day but we were charged 200 euros.
  : Hygiene IssuesThe rooms were exceptionally unhygienic. The bathrooms were infested with ants, mould, and had prior guests' hair in the sink. Mould had taken over the tiles and cornices, making the environment uncomfortable and unsightly. We resorted to wearing thongs in the shower to avoid the dirty tiles. The drain next to the toilet emitted a recurring sewage smell that disrupted our nights.The balcony was affected by green growth and pollution, significantly diminishing its usability.The hallway lights and window seals were filled with trapped insects, undermining the overall cleanliness.The TV, though advertised as a flat screen, was hardly functional and could not connect to modern streaming services such as Netflix.The WIFI was unreliable. This greatly inconvenienced our children who needed to complete homework and liaise with teachers. The fact that the rooms were unhygienic did not provide a healthy working environment for them to work in. This caused them much anxiety and exasperation.Room Quality and ComfortThe accommodations were uncomfortable and inadequate for our family. We had two rooms one for my husband and me, our two sons. The sofa bed in the rooms was so uncomfortable that its springs/bars protruded into our backs. Despite requesting a solution, they provided thin mattress which did not alleviate the discomfort.The pillows provided were high and hard, making sleep impossible. After voicing our concerns, we were reluctantly given three normal pillows but were informed that no more were available for the rest of us.The air conditioning was temperamental and inconsistent, causing discomfort for all of us, including my husband and son who suffer from asthma. There were instances when they had to seek assistance at 2 AM to fix the air conditioning..we were told mini bar to be used as a pantry w/out refrigeration and when we asked about storing elderly pharmaceuticals they suggested we take it down stairs.

  : It was spacious, with beautiful outdoor scenery, pools and green space. The beach was really close. The personal was really helpful and friendly, and there are nearbx cities that you can go to. Also, the food was great.
  : Although the beach was close, there were sea urchins so it was difficult to get in. The pool water was cold too.

  : The breakfast was very good, there was a great variety of Balkan food. The room was very spacious and clean, the balcony was facing the Mount Olympus The pool was nice but we did not use it much as we went to the beach instead. It wasn't so big but enough for the amount of guests in September The beach (LeMoon) is a luxurious beach with sun beds, umbrellas, bar, etc. that was included in the price and with exception of drinks it was free. The drinks are obviously overprice but that is expected. This beach is reached with 3 minutes car, or 25 mins walk. The parking lot is private and spacious. It is very close (10 mins) of Litochoro which is a very beautiful town near Mount Olympus with lot of cafs and restaurants. It is also very close (25 mins) of Katerini which is a very similar place to Thessaloniki, very beutiful. You can also visit Leptokarya which also is very close and it is at the beach.
  : If they offer you rooms upgrade when you arrive, ask first the price before visiting them.
