  : This is my 2nd visit. The staff make this hotel. Its a great location and we booked preferred club bed and breakfast and then decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival.
  : Some changes gave been made to the detriment since last year in my opinion eg towels no longer available from the preferred club infinity pool, you have to go to the main pool. The Brazilian restaurant has been changed to a Mediterranean and they have reduced the contents of the mini bar.

  : Definitely worth upgrading to Preferred Club. The pools were lovely and much quieter than the main one. Breakfast was great, huge selection of food and always had lovely staff. Location is great with a gate directly from the pool area onto the promenade with access to the beach and town.
  : Beds were not very comfortable, rock hard and very shaky. No reading light or bedside table on one side of the double bed. Only ate dinner in the hotel one night as the food was not nice and quite expensive.

  : Hotel was beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing and really the highlight of the trip. They made such a fuss of our little boy, remembering his name and coming to see him at every meal etc. - he loved being the centre of attention! Rooms are decorated beautifully and plenty of space/amenities. Pool areas are also lovely, plenty of sun beds and parasols and well kept grounds. Lots to do for our son (9 months), a few pools (some heated which is very handy to extend time in pool), water slides, park, soft play, mini disco in eve. In general the food was good. The breakfast was excellent, and both times we had the buffet dinner it was great - especially the night they did lots of sushi and seafood! Buffet lunch also very good. Grill for lunch was average, we got very dry chicken a couple of times. For the a la cart restaurants - Sabor was amazing, definitely our favourite meal, American was very good, Japanese was good, Italian was average.
  : Staff could do with some drinks training! Every single cocktail we ordered came different each time we got it, for example sometimes the strawberry daiquiri was frozen, sometimes classic, sometimes in a glass, paper cup, sometimes strong, sometimes weak With us being all inclusive it didnt really matter because youre not paying for each individual drink, but I probably wouldnt be happy if I was spending 10 on each cocktail if we went B&B or HB - they werent worth that much and the inconsistency was a little frustrating. I can understand where the other reviews are coming from when they say its more a 4*, with the drinks and food I think it suits 4* more - If it was rated 4* I probably wouldnt think twice about the food/drink, but with 5* you expect a certain level of luxury and I think that is whats leading to some dissatisfaction in peoples reviews.
