  : Nice apartments with lovely plants and trees outside the terrace and lovely pool area. Food was really good especially the Chinese night. They served us and other guests food when we arrived late at night which we were delighted about as we were hungry and no where nearby late at night to go to without getting a taxi.
  : The waterpark was very run down. Some of the biggest rides were closed when we were there but I feel they should get rid of them all together its not very appealing. Kids still enjoyed the smaller slides. Lots of broken sunbeds in waterpark. The bar at night full of people smoking needs to be an area for smokers away from bar as not enjoyable for non smokers. Also drinks should be served in reusable cups or glasses as not enjoyable having a beer or wine in paper cups. Staff werent friendly in either bar. Tried to rent one towel in the sister hotel nearby and we werent allowed even though we were giving a deposit.

  : Poor location, beds are like laying on a wooden door, worst beds ever and I've stayed many places. Food hall is like a cattle market. We abandoned after 2nd day and went to Puerto del Carmen and stayed in a place we knew.

  : The accommodation was beautiful! Very modern, lovely location. Great childrens water park for small children. Food was delicious and hot.
  : Entertainment started quite late in my opinion and it was all outdoors which was a draw back in the windy evenings. Not a lot of day time entertainment.

  : The splash park was sweet for little ones, some of the outside areas were presented such as the water fall and upstairs outside lounge area. The arcade games were useful for the teens same as the pool table. Pool was a decent size. Kids entertainment staff were lovely and friendly. Reception staff were helpful and friendly upon check in, we arrived after midnight and could grab a snack and drink. Room size was very good, enough space for a family of 4 easily. Felt the restaurant had a good amount of options and tasted ok. Good drink options too!
  : Where to start rubbish everywhere. You could not escape rubbish in the pools, all over the pool area, gardens etc. People smoking weed in public areas around the hotel (although not the hotels fault more should have been done to prevent this) very rude bar staff at the pool bar, Sara and Tori particularly rude to so many people. Snack bar was vile and dirty with very little choice. The room was covered in ants constantly, doors all broken and didnt lock properly, rock hard uncomfortable bed. Furniture on balcony was filthy. We had hairs and stains in the bed and on pillows.. honestly was disgusting.
