: Quiet location with good facilities. WiFi speed was great as was having a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment was sparkling clean and the complex was kept very tidy. Having an underground car parking spot (fee applied) was very convenient. Two single beds are joined together to make a very large double bed, larger than a UK king. Plenty of hot water for the spacious walk in shower. Two sets of good quality towels provided. Nice terrace/patio with two sun loungers and a large dining table. Clothes horse and a drying line provided. Ideal for two people.
: Very little, the pool closest to us was closed for repairs but another one was available. The pool and surrounding area looked very clean. We had a hire care but be aware there is very limited public transport.

: The owner was very friendly and helpful at check-in and checkout. The apartment was fully equipped and I didn't need anything else. The shower was perfect and the outdoor space is perfect for morning workouts. The location is nice and quiet. Very quick and easy access to local walks for stunning sunsets. Overall it was a very comfortable accommodation and I used it as a base to explore south Tenerife. Would definitely book again.
: Local mini supermarkets are very expensive compared to the main supermarkets near the motorway. Internet speed was only 20gb which is fine for basic working online but I work with large media files so could use a bit faster.

: Nice private balcony, beautiful surrounding hedge. Relaxing garden chairs. Plenty of clothes driers outside. Tv with satellite. Lots of books in different languages. DVDs. Efficient kitchen. Quiet surroundings. Separate laundry room.
: No public transport. A car is a must.

: The apartment was really spacious and clean, its alot nicer in person,the pictures dont do it justice, we were very pleasantly surprised with everything. The kitchen has everything you need and the TV has Netflix in English. The bed was slightly hard but pretty comfortable, the outside area is really nice and bigger than it looks. Bathroom perfect, lots of towls and theres a washing machine too. The surrounding apartments, most of them are just peoples homes not holiday apartments only . The pools are nice and theres always spare sun beds. Area is very pretty, relaxed and generally very quiet, beach has black volcanic sand and is very rocky, 10 minute walk away, nice Bahia beach club, some nice bars and cafes near the beach. Trigo cafeteria pizzeria is a nice Italian, does breakfast stuff as well,super close to the apartment and next to one of only 2 supermarkets in palm mar.
: Area was potentially too quiet for us, if you want a party holiday dont stay in palm- mar, it is lovely but its just not a party or super young destination, there are bars but no clubs however you can get a taxi to and from las Americas which is 15 min drive if you want to go out. Beach is cool but not a sunbathing beach. Id recommend renting a car if you can do. you can explore the surrounding areas and go to Siam park, mount Teide volcano (make sure you book cable cars up it tho) , Masca Village, Siam mall etc. It just gives you more freedom and saves you spending a fortune on taxis.
