  : Smell of mould inside the apartment. Very noise area and you cannot rest if you want before 5/6am. Very old mattress. Towels and bed linen colored so not properly sanitised and not nice smell. Property doesn't care at all. Overall not recommended for any reason.

  : Swimming pool area was clean, and quiet. Location was good, ideal during the day when the nigh clubs were closed.
  : Collecting the keys was an issue. Collecting the keys from a reception which did not exist. Getting through a gate to this non existent reception without a key?! Landlord advised 12pm, then updated to 2pm. Eventually turned up at 2.30pm. Communicated very quickly at this stage. When asking the landlord basic questions such as accessing the pool and check out procedure they did not respond, or did but days later. The landlords communication was very poor. The location of this apartment was good, but very very close to night clubs which played loud music until 5am. There was also a dangerous plug socket in the kitchen with pins hanging out of it! Apartment block is currently under renovation so construction work is ongoing. Wet washing was left on the balcony which wasn't really an issue, but the wet pillow cases fitted to the pillows were.

  : Bar music sounds from street to 1 am, really hard to sleep. And it is not called Las Americas, it is Las piteras, I was walking circles for a half hour trying to find las americas
