  : Great for the price, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and supermarket is right across the road from the hotel. Even in the loft room (so no balcony), the air con did the job well enough, and there are sun decks if you dont want to sunbathe by the pool. Rooms were cleaned everyday (other than the cleaners day off) and staff were friendly. Cant really complain!
  : Only thing that was unclear was what non-inclusive guests could have at the bar, the website guide had certain drinks listed as for inclusive guests only which was a shame.

  : The location and the room with the garden
  : There were constructions happening during our staying with a lot of noise already in the morning. We got a room (273) literally in front of the constructions, which I find very disappointing as a guest looking to relax. We got a better room after 3 days but we had to complain multiple times. I understand that the resort was fully booked but I think a guest should not be put in rooms facing constructions! The rooms facing the street I would not really recommend (noise also during the evening due to supermarket and garbage truck) but the ones facing the garden or the golf course are nice!

  : Lovely breakfast, lots of various options. English breakfast, meats, cheese, breads, baked goods. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Scooters outside the hotel, to ride down into play de las Americas, which takes 7 mins or a 20min walk.
  : Our room didn't have aircon but we didn't mind too much as it didn't affect our sleep and we were out all out all day any

  : The pool area was clean and inviting with fake grass, area seemed well maintained except for some broken sun beds at the sides of pool area
  : Upon check in, after a long journey, I was told I was being moved to a different hotel. This was a 25 minute walk away, further away from Las Americas. No explanation given, no apology. They did pay for the taxi. I had booked this hotel because it was in close proximity to my family staying in nearby hotels. I returned later and asked reception to be moved back to my original hotel, which I was able to do on Tuesday. This moving around with luggage, packing/unpacking, travelling to different hotels ruined the first day of my trip. It also cost me extra expense paying for taxis to and from Las Americas, where my family were staying. I returned to my original hotel on Tuesday morning, was walking around the dining area and was rudely approached by a member of staff asking if I was a guest, asking me to accompany him to reception! I was indeed a guest and was supposed to have checked into the hotel on Monday but unfortunately I was sent to a different hotel and not only that, I was then accused of not being a guest when I returned and had a glass of water! I eventually checked into my room, which smelled overwhelmingly like marijuana. The smell was awful and meant I could not even unpack my clothes all week. The loft room window did not shut properly, making me unable to fully relax at night. Overall I had an extremely negative experience which was not worth the nearly 100 per night fee.

  : Location was good. Air conditioning (when working) was fantastic. Staff always brought fresh clean towels every day. Bed was very comfortable.
  : Room was not as in the picture from booking.com. Air conditioning did not work for the first 2 days. They ask you to pay for wifi. Staff were fine but did not do anything more than the bare minimum, we had very little to no interaction with them during our stay. The handyman who worked at the hotel and fixed our air conditioning was lovely and very professional.
