  : AVOID AVOID AVOIDThe bed was really uncomfortable and hard made it difficulty sleep on . The man who was in charge of the pool would only let you leave your sun bed for 15 min then would take your towel off . No good if you have little children to cater for and feed . The complex was mainly Spanish residents and he would let them into the pool area was only allowed 30 people at side of pool if it was full we had to wait but come Sat when the Spanish residents was off the pool had more than 30 in it no sun umbrellas by the pool so had to buy 1 for 25 euro that we left in the apartment . The apartment is up 4 flights of stairs so no good for people who have difficulty walking and NO lift . The washing machine stained clothes when I used it and ruined some of my clothes so had to hand wash them , the shower didnt have a proper shower screen on so made it difficult to have a shower water got everywhere would have been better if there was a shower mat as inside the shower became very slippery and not good when you have children . Couldnt enjoy the balcony through the day as umbrella didnt work so I couldnt enjoy the fresh air. Very loud motorbikes going up side of complex at 1am . Communication with lady who owned the apartment was NOT very good at all agreed that she would pick us up and take us airport at 7pm as our flight was at 9pm for 20 euro and for us to hand keys and for us to get our 150 euros deposit back got to 6.55pm no show of the lady tried ringing her and texting but no reply, we had to arrange a taxi ourselves and managed to get 1 at 7.40pm was stood out side complex till then , lady came and asked by text where we was told her she would have to make her way to collect keys at airport but said she couldnt do this . Tried to ring her again and she put phone down on me . We had no choice but to leave with the keys with us and didnt get our deposit back . Have spoken to Booking.

  : The location was amazing and the hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with! The rooms were spacious and the kitchens were very well equipped. Within short walking distance to several beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Good value for money, for sure!
  : Just as a suggestion: it would be nice if some air conditioning units would be added in the future. We were fully aware that they were not included, and we had fans in every room which definitely helped! We were just a bit unlucky to come during a heat wave in October, which of course is not the fault of our lovely hosts :)

  : Appartment had excellent view, you could see peak of Pico del Teide from the balcony and seaview in the distance, which was possible from bedrooms aswell. Huge (free) parking space was in front of the appartment, from where you directly access main TF1 highway.
  : If you were returning from sites pool or nearest beaches Torviscas / Fanabe, you had to go a bit uphill and there were lots of stairs to climb - but this was only a 'problem' for me with baby in pushchair, as I had to carry it. Otherwise, if you're not overweighted and your are without small baby (-ies), then these few stairs would also not be a problem.

  : A comfortable and clean north facing apartment in a large block. Washing machine was a useful thing to have. Outside space on the balcony was also useful.
  : The apartment block was a little tired but the apartment itself was ok. Be aware of needing to climb 2 flights of stairs with baggage. Only 2 English TV stations with poor signal.
