: Loud music well into the AM, no sleep. Building work in other parts of the building started at 8AM. A pallet of building materials was outside the front door. We left after one night, no refund or discount was given. Nightmare. Photos on website are not a true depiction of apartment in its current state, kitchen is new but the rest needs upgrading badly. A map is provided but the numbers in the apartment block are all over the place, no specific directions on how to get to the apartment, says its on the ground floor but you have to go up stairs from the pool to get to it and it does not look onto a swimming pool, just a pool table in the bar across the street- which is going all night. Place not for families.

: The apartment is in a very central location. You need a key to enter the apartment complex which made us feel very secure. The apartment had a smart tv which was great to be able to access Netflix, it also had English channels. There was a washing machine, a dishwasher and a newly fitted kitchen. The poolside cafe had a good choice of food and even had slushies. The people in the information office beside the poolside cafe were very helpful and informative.
: At night the music was a bit loud from the bars across from the apartment.

: Liked the poolside cafe. Staff there very welcoming and food delicious
: The instructions were bad. It did not say the key would be available ACROSS the road. It was dark when we arrived due to an accident on the motorway. A lovely young girl felt very sorry for us and helped us out. Only for her!! The apartment: Very dark, uncomfortable furniture. The twin room was like a cell. Lighting was deplorable. No mirror. The furnishings were very basic. We spent as little time there as we could. We also found from the rental office that we could have had a better apartment for half the price.

: Accommodation location, ease of booking and Pool bar.
: Information on pool charges/opening times. Accommodation had some ware & tare including patio doors difficult to open/close and lock. Balcony does not retain sun throughout day due to location - if this was sign posted would have helped. Basic essentials such as toilet roll, hand wash and fairy liquid would have been a nice touch on arrival.
