  : This review is about apartment 217 (first floor). Location was really good and apartment was very quiet and clean (except area behind washing machine).
  : They tried to cancel my booking straight away if I wouldn't pay 30% deposit. Bookings.com give the option to pay full at the property to avoid a bank fee for transfer in Euros, but I was pushed in a nasty way to pay deposit. The host (manager) who picked up us at the airport (for extra 30 Euros) didn't speak even basic English and he was quite rude. He drove 150km/h on 80km/h limit road talking on the phone!, knowing that my daughter has no car seat or booster (he provided only one car seat for my son). I recommend to take a bus from the airport which stops 3 minutes walk from apartments. and it cost 3 euros per person. |on the way I asked host about beach towels - not a complicated question for a person who rents apartment in Tenerife. The answer was only a silly smile and yeah, yeah, yeah. There was only 1 beach towel available for family of 4! The host asked us to pay outstanding money in cash, but did not provide any receipt. He said a few times that the keys are receipt. He didn't copy our documents in case of any emergency/accident etc. I asked for a receipt/invoice a few times, in writing too, never received one. I was told later that that was because I didn't give my passport details. They never asked me for my passport details! They also asked us to leave the key on the table on the day we moved out, but to leave apartments area (huge block of flats) you need a key so we got stuck and we had to ask maintenance person to open the gate for us. The bedding in living area was not ready and we had to put cover ourselves, however they didn't match size wise and we had problem with it. There was no tea towels or kitchen glove available, so we had to use pillow case instead. No ocean view.

  : No mirrors except one up in bathroom by a giant ..it's only a small thing but 3 women trying to get ready it was a little hard ..only a minor inconvenience. We were there 5 nights and no one emptied bins till we left

  : the host was over 2 hours late to let us into the property upon arrival despite following all instructions. I could not get hold of the host on the number provided.

  : Bad, smell bad, sperm on sofa, not same apartment like picture on booking, no speaking english only russia bad communication beetwen us, no internet first days.

  : You need a key to get in and out of the gate.As you only get one key,it is complicated if you don't all go out together

  : Old beds and linen. most pictures are incorrect. everything is dated unlike modern look in photographs. Wifi didnt work and they werent bothered to sort it out.
