  : The property owner was friendly and responded quickly to my issues.
  : The price was to high for this location the whole point was to have a great fishing experience with my husband and son no access to canoes all surrounding lakes are private no entry. caught no fish it was not what I expected. location had zero privacy just way way too much money spent for this property I have stayed in other more private properties in the past and paid way less but all were booked for my dates so tried a community Property, I did not know it was HOA; Won’t ever do a HOA property too many rules. Don’t have a problem with rules but I spent most of my getaway making sure everything was cleaned when I payed a hefty cleaning fee. Not a way to spend my getaway I always clean before departing a location but for some reason was paranoid about everything because of the so many rules won’t recommend HOA properties. The property was listed as 356.00 at check out almost 1,000 dollars with added fees will stay away from evolve properties.
