  : The host communication was horrible. They did not disclose the fact that the property had only 1 tv, and you needed to be able to connect to a FIRESTICK!!!! WHICH DID NOT WORK!!!

  : The property was extremely close to the lake. The owner gave us a bottle of wine. Thermostats for each individual space. Very spacious plenty of parking in a gated community.
  : The restroom upstairs had duct tape around the Fossett and we were told that blankets would be given but they were not. In the photos there are bunkbeds but whenever we got to the house there were not at the house. You were only allowed to access the TV programs on the fire fox you were not allowed to log into your own.

  : When we arrived to the property it was really dirty, so the first day of vacation we have to clean the floor, wash glassware and linen. We contacted host immediately. But even cleaning fees wasn't wafed. I wish I can attach pictures so I can prove it.Addition to that we had mouse that was visiting us every night.
