  : Very friendly and helpful staff.Right next to the beach.
  : We tried two different rooms and always had issues with the mattress. It was so worn down and hardly possible to enjoy and relax while sleeping.I really have to say I expect a different level of comfort for a four star place! I travel a lot for work but something like this I never experienced.

  : Buffet breakfast lovely. Fresh omelette made to order, very ittle wait time for one to be made. Our room was very quiet- room 704. Beach towels available from the spa reception, and able to change as often as you liked. Evening buffet in restaurant varied every evening, no repetitive food, something ti suit everyone. Beach at front of hotel wonderful- be sure to buy beach shoes as it makes for a much comfier entry to the sea. There are MANY secluded beaches to visits south of the hotel be sure to visit there. Also there is a wonderful restaurant well worth visiting in near by village of Tucepi called Rosos. Be sure to watch the sunset there is a lovely secluded spot on the beach just below room 704, we would take a bottle if wine down each evening to watch the sunset and have a dip in the sea. Always sunbeds available around the pool areas - the infinity pool was the quietest.
  : Air-conditioning was leaking, informed reception, unsure whether someone attended to fix but it kept leaking therefore not resolved. Drinks far too expensive at hotel, best to go out for a drink. Entertainment area outdoors too small for capacity of hotel, resulting in you sitting in reception area in the evenings, also the bar is in the reception area, should be elsewhere. Had to request to have towels and bedding renewed and for the room to be cleaned several times. Given a complimentary voucher for meal at the a la carte, miscommunication with staff as they tried to tell us it was for the buffet restaurant ( which we had dinner included in our stay anyway ) , tried to tell member of staff that it stated on the voucher the name of the a la carte, to no avail, ended up paying for our meal, spoke to reception staff after and they gave full refund for the meal ( we paid for the wine 44 ). Personally food was too salty, but I don't add salt to foods normally so this could be a factor. We were only offered a drink with evening meal once out of 5 visits here, considering we were paying for the drink you'd have thought staff would be more keen. If visiting the buffet towards last hour and half of service expect no tables to be set up and you have to ask for them to set a table up for you. Didn't agree with having to pay for a sun lounger on the beach, therefore we stuck with both pools.

  : Hotel intended for an all-inclusive stay. We travelled outside the season so the hotel and sea were very quiet and we got quite some upgrades (a dinner because it was end of season!) upon our arrival that we didnt expect so that was a real surprise. Ending up with great value for money. Their beach is the best one weve seen during our stay, water very deep and soooo bright, beautiful views. Good facilities. Would like to come back!
  : Building is a bit complicated like first stairs only then there is an elevator for the luggages. Building is somewhat older but still very ok. Maybe some small improvements like where to put your glasses when you use the sauna?
