: many personal belongings which is not necessary when you rent out the house. very random choice of cooking staff: we were not able to find tea port to make a tea . many leftovers like sugar, salt, etc. Rented house should be clean of such things.HOUSE WAS JOT PREPARED FOR OUR ARRIVAL. TEAM WAS NOT AWARE THAT WE COME. WE HAD TO WAIT 1.5 HOURS WHILE HOUSE WAS CLEANED

: The chalet is brand new, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Huge living room and nice terrace, The location in the middle of Kolain was great. The hosts were friendly and did their best to help us when needed. The cost was fair tough 50% went just for cleaning expenses
: We stayed over in August while the temperatures were well about 30 degrees. The chalet has no air conditioning the bed rooms were extremely hot and non-ventilated, We were 3 couples, but only 2 of the bedrooms were suitable for adults (the "regular" double bed was much too short and narrow even for non-Montenegrins) - the house is more suites to families with small kids. The water pressure in 2nd floor was too low and we could not use the shower. The interior design of house has some discrepancies - one of the bed rooms had no windows at all, in another the toilets were placed so you could not use them with bending you entire body. The house is actually a summer house that is being rented while the owners are away, so it contains some of their private stuff.
