  : Decent location, it is actually across the street from the water. Good view from our front. There is a beach close by the ferry port which is pretty quiet and nice with some trees for cover on hot days.
  : While you are across the street from the water, you can't really swim because you are right next to the ferry port. There are ferry boats working 24 hours a day with constant traffic the whole day. Being close to the water is almost worthless is you are looking for a place to walk out the door and take a swim. The location is never quiet and relaxing, not even at 2 or 6 in the morning when there are still lines of 20+ cars waiting to get on the ferries. The ferries start blasting music at 8am as well, not too troublesome but you just cant relax on the porch.
