  : I liked pretty much everything. I stayed in Superior double room (ground floor with direct excess to pool area) and I can recommend that to everyone. Balcony is rather small. The pool area is really nice and pleasant, not too big. Breakfast was okay, different choices if you you are not on some special diet regime. If you are, than better check with the hotel about the options.I would recommend to try their special Harmony bread !
  : Only the situation on my last day. The day before my leave I wanted to stay one more night in my room and asked the stuff if that is possible to check and let me know at the evening when I come back to the hotel. They told me that they think it wont be a problem, but will confirm. At the evening, I asked again since I wanted to know if I need to pack in case I have to check out in the morning and I heard the same answer. They thought it wont be a problem.But in the morning, having a small talk with one of the stuff member , he just mentioned in the middle of our conversation that they checked and that there is no option for me to stay in the same room one more night. It was 9.30am and check out is regularly at 10am I was kinda shocked since I was having less then half an hour to pack! They only suggested other possible opt is to move in some other room but nothing else. And I was thinking if I need to pack in both cases, then I will check out.They were nice, but I think that they didnt even seen what is the issue here, I now need to leave breakfast and go pack everything in 20 min. I asked if I can check out a little bit later since its almost 10, and just got the answer that check out is at 10 and they can wait a little bit longer?!!Ok, now I am definitely not staying here longer.So, I just think that this was not handled professionally at all, especially for a 4 star hotel. No problem if they cannot manage to handle the req, but notice the guest on time, or if you didnt do that at all, leave them some option for checking out like a human being. And not like I am running away it was my vacay time. I can guess that this is only the lack of experience, since as I said the stuff was nice but very young.Oh, yeah one more thing - the parking was always full even I had a reservation, so every time I needed to manage with stuff where and how to leave the car.

  : The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms were spacious, well designed and clean. The pool was awesome and the breakfasts in the morning were a delight. It's also walking distance to the beach with lots of resturants and bars. Would stay again

  : Friendly, clean hotel with outstanding staff. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from and always nice and fresh. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the beach and some nice walks.

  : -the customer service is very nice- clean room- breakfast is ok -the pool is nice and clean, if there is summer time for sure we will swim
  : -some broken part in the room like the toilet seat, the shower is not that clean
