  : Wonderful and welcoming staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice view of ocean. Good location, not too far from train and bus station as well as close to the beach. Breakfast had lots of options. They also offer a buffet dinner for 15 euros that had many options as well.
  : Everything about the hotel was great. Access to hot water for tea in the room would have been nice.

  : My room wasnt clean on arrival. The previous guest had her shaving stick in the bathroom and wasnt taken out throughout my stay The staff are nonchalant. They say theyll come back to you and never do. Its painful Im almost stranded because I requested to extend my stay and they keep saying theyll come back to me until the last minute

  : If you want to avoid the crowds of Budva and the prices of Kotor, Sutomore is a good option. Cozy hotel, bathing beach and several restaurants. If you want to enjoy this and then use one or two days to explore the Skadar Lake National Park, go hiking and sailing, then Hotel Sato is a very good choice! I stayed there as a group leader with a large group for three nights and everyone was happy with their stay. The staff had clearly just started their summer work and that's why there was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding meals etc. , but it was all corrected and fixed.
  : The only thing that people found a bit tiring were the elevators in the hotel, which are small and often have to wait for them - nothing serious!

  : We booked a room but we got an apartment. Everything is very clean. The reception staff is very friendly and tries to solve all situations. The cleaning lady always does the job very quickly and the room always shines.
  : The guy who works on the beach is completely uninterested in his job. He was playing games on his phone most of the time. If you have not previously been assigned a sunbed number, guests must search for a free number themselves. In a restaurant, when a guest finishes his meal, dirty dishes are not brought immediately, but the guest who arrives must remove them

  : There was a kids playroom, which was nice for the kids.
  : Not much vegeterian choices at breakfast. No one was cleaning the tables. Everything was really messy at the vreakfast room. There wasnt any lables, so you would know what kind of meat you are eating.. Rooms werent clean. There was dirt everywhere. When we moved the other bed to closer to wall it was full of dust and very dirty.. not nice to see. There was no running water in the room. This problem was fixed once, but later the water stopped again. Couldnt go to your bathroom or in the shower. And when finally we got the water running, the shower was floating, the drain wasnt pulling at all. So you were basically showering in your and others dirt. And then the water stopped again First the front desk was very helpful and nice but when we had enough with problems and wanted to leave they started accuising and insulting the customers. Making up different prices of the room. There were also 5 others complaining about the water problems, but when the hotels manager came to talk to us, he was very rude and first he said said that it is a common problem but when we chatted for a while he suddenly wasnt aware of other rooms having this same problem so many mixed words with him, it was horrible experience. Not a nice stay.. if you like clean and tidy places wouldnt recommend this for you. Definitely not a 4 star hotel xD
