  : Free Parking. Some rooms may be nice but they might put you in tiny room when you don't speak Serbian.
  : When I arrived at exactly the announced time (14:00) the staff had just rented out my room to a Hungarian-Serb couple - apparently after a loud argument. Then they led me to a tiny room which was half the size of the description, had no desk (and no space for one:-)) and no air conditioning (outside temperature 35 Celsius). I complained and informed the host via booking.com messaging. The reply was astonishing - I quote: "on booking.com it is emphasized that only some units have air conditioning, and that it is necessary to state in the message that you want it, but you did not do it and we do not currently have available air conditioning units". This is a plain lie (I just checked the English and German versions of booking.com's descriptions again)! Booking.com mentions that a/c costs extra but it does not mention anything about "only some units" having a/c and the need to ask for it. This behavior of the owner is unacceptable. I expect booking.com to take this property off the list until they meet the minimal requirements for room descriptions.

  : The location was alright. A short walk from the beach, and there was parking available.
  : Cracked floor tiles, almost non existant water pressure, overun with mosquitos, shared kitchen has only one hot plate, no kettle microwave or toaster, and is not unlocked an locked at the stated times. We found ourselves with out access to facilities during times they should have been available. Staff could not be bothered to do room check upon check out. No blankets, just an extra sheet. Bed were not made as such, there was a throw over the mattress, with a pillow slip to match, and then a sheet each. We were given an additional sheet because it was 'cold'. Aircon in the room but no remote to activate it. Lack of toilet paper. Towels are hand towels - useless for a shower. Marks on walls, tatty wallpaper and decor.

  : Nothing, it's a place to sleep one night, and 40 euros is too expensive for this place.
  : There is no reception, we were trying to find someone to greet us for 20 minutes. After that, we finally found a person who couldn't communicate in English. In the end, they don't accept card payment, only cash. We had to withdraw money at 10pm. This place definitely cannot be on Booking.com. Ps.: The place has a "For Sale" sign.
