  : The only positive I have is that it was close to the wedding we were attending
  : For the amount they are charging this place could provide better service. The room was dirty, sheets had stains, the bathroom had mold, there was water leaking, the lamps didn’t work and the manager was disengaged.

  : The room smelled like cigarettes and the ac was leaking water. The bathroom was also so gross that I opted to not even shower during my stay because it was that bad.

  : This place was absolutely filthy. It had blood stains, urine stains, expired fire extinguisher, no fire alarm, filthy air filter for the air condition, pile of PECANS under the bed, missing oven which left an exposed electric/gas line, fridge didn’t work, bathroom window wouldn’t properly open, low water pressure… I can keep going.

  : Absolutely nothing.
  : The 1st room I was given was filthy with dirt, dust, hair and mold. Every surface in every area of the room was disgusting. I was given a different room which was pretty much no better than the 1st. I told them I wanted a refund and that I was not paying $400 to stay in filthy rooms. I wouldn't even pay $4! He promptly refunded my money.

  : Property looked decent upon arrival but then once in the room, the sheets were stained and gross, the TV didn’t work, there was an odd man working the front desk who was of no help. For 240 for one night you should at least get clean sheets with no stains.

  : The proximity to the venue. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast was very good.
  : The facility was the accommodation for us as well as many members of the wedding party, and guests. Our complaint, as well as that of quite a few in our party, is that the room was not conducive to getting ready for a wedding. There was only a short mirror over a cabinet...not one full length mirror on the wall or bathroom door. My wife had to stand on a chair in order to check her outfit in that short mirror. There was not one hook in the bathroom on which to hang clothes we took off or were putting on. The shower head was very high, and not adjustable so my wife could take a shower without getting her hair soaked. Having a mini fridge in the room would have been a convenience expected in a room of that price. None of these issues are a tremendous cost to update...yes there are a lot of rooms, but a lot of rooms are bringing in a lot of revenue. There is another family wedding scheduled at the venue in the fall, but for the above reasons, we would have to advise our guests of the issues we had. Again, the staff was excellent. The issues are managerial.

  : Saw 3 cock roaches, 2 alive 1 dead. Had a few mosquitoes that probably got in through the air conditioner on the wall or the broken vent in the bathroom that was duct taped shut. The sheets were stained badly, and the bed was held up by God only knows what, it sounded like it was going to collapse when I got on it. Thankfully I had towels and blankets in my truck to sleep on. Almost decided to take the 3 hour drive home after a fishing trip that ended at 1 am instead of sleeping there. Didn't even shower because it was so dirty. Also a chunck of gum was on the peep hole to the door.
