  : Very good quality/ cost, big and clean room, super quiet, easy to park. I would definitely come back!
  : There was a stain on the wooden floor of the bathroom (but the bathroom was really clean) and the outdoor walls might need to be a bit refreshed.

  : The hotel is definitely not worth the money and is not a four stared hotel, it might used to be that but definitely not anymore. All there areas wasn't kept and looked abandoned. The pool area looks nice, but the sun beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced, because there were no cushions. The rooms felt damp and cold, and there were several people staying that seemed. There was not a general positive attitude. The staff at the reception and most of the staff in the restaurant are not serviceminded at all. On arrival, you will be given your card and told that you can scan the QR code if you want to know something. When checking out early in the morning, we went in to the reception, gave the card and the only word from the reception was thanks. The door from the restaurant to the terrace gave a proper bang every time someone went out, the guests quickly learned that they should hold the door when closing, but EVERY single time the staff went out/in, the door slammed shut, so it wasn't nice to sit inside at all. The first day at the breakfast we arrived around 9.30 and most of the selection was empty, and even through the staff passed many times they didn't bother filling up. One guest at the pool decided to get something to drink, ordered and went back to the sunbed, he must have forgotten something so a waiter came out. But instead op going down the stairs and over to the guest she started yelling to him frim the teresse and disturbed all gust by the pool, because they were furtest away. The staff at the pool, the maintenance and one of the male waiters was helpful and polite.

  : Beautiful pool, and very friendly staff. Good sized bedrooms and very clean. Easy to walk into Polignano and also very quiet, despite being alongside a main road.
  : Beds are a bit too firm but that's just personal preference!
