  : Great location, small pool ideal for children 3+, easy to watch over them from the kitchen and veranda, big garden (needs some toys for the kids though), generally quite clean.
  : The a/cs work for 1-2 hours and then it's just air coming out, you have to restart them or lower the temperature at 24C. They also make quite some noise.The fridge is old and takes a lot of time to work.The mattresses and pillows are not that comfortable.Very few plates and cutlery, we have to use the dishwasher twice a day.People coming in and out of the property every day in the morning to check the pool/mow or water the lawn without prior notification.

  : Spacious clean villa with good facilities, lovely pool that was cleaned every day, close to the beach and a beach bar/restaurant. Owners very accommodating and allowed us a late check-out, which was great when you have an evening flight and a 3 year old to keep entertained!
  : Occasional building noise from nearby property development, some furnishings starting to look a little tired in places but this is to be expected to some extent in a rental property and it wasn't a problem.
