: This is a beautiful property with a superb backdrop. Ideal for a family holiday. Pool was fantastic and is a beautiful quite area with the beach , restaurants and and shop only a 5 minute walk away. Still need a car though. The agency were very quick to sort any queries or problems we had.
: There was no air con in the comunal areas , only in the bedrooms. This meant in the evening or during the day if we wanted a rest from the heat we had to separate and each go to our own rooms . Was too hot and uncomfortable to all watch a film together in the living room. Also made it uncomfortable when cooking as kitchen and living room in one but didnt bother us that much as our kids are older and didnt mind going to room.

: Great location and a really nice sized and comfortable villa in a quiet area.
: On arrival the pool was green as it hadnt been cleaned. We were given an excuse that it had rained but all other pools in the area were fine. It was due to lack of maintenance and chemicals. The pool was only usable after 3 days and even then they didnt come and hoover the dead algae and dirt. Also the cleaning inside was sub standard, with one bathroom not cleaned at all before our arrival. The shower blocked one day, and when we got home after they had repaired it, the floor was filthy from where they had worn dirty boots, and there was used toilet roll in the loo where they had used the toilet. The staff at easy villas majorca (who manage the property) were not very helpful. The cleanliness, especially the pool for my young son, mean I wouldnt book this villa again.
