: The location was great, very close to the beach and local shops. The villa had plenty of space for a family of four and a pleasant outdoor area that was quiet to sit out in the afternoon.
: Upon arrival on the Friday morning we discovered there was no hot water. This was reported but not fixed until the Saturday evening, the management company did apologise but we felt that this is something that should have checked as we were the first guests staying this season. The pool was also no use as its not heated and shaded by trees meaning it was never in the sun, the kids jumped in twice as dare but apart from that it went completely unused for the duration of our stay.

: The location is excellent. Having a private pool in a secluded garden, excellent. We had everything we needed in the villa and loved the little welcome packs, its so lovely to sit outside next to the pool, there are plenty of chairs and loungers and a huge table, shade if you want it. Its so useful to have a washing machine and all in all its a perfect villa for us, a very relaxing week again. Thank you.
: The TV leads had been unscrewed (?) so no TV and no wi fi when we arrived. Emergency number was not answered for over 2 hours but the problem was fixed that night. Instead of sweeping the leaves up around the pool they have been brushed into the base of the trees so when its windy, as it was last week, they blow all over the terrace and pool again. We paid 15,00 for 2 beach towels, they were not beach towels at all this year, they were bath towels and small ones at that. There needs to be something to hold your shampoo and soap in each shower. The TV unit, dining table and outside clothes drier have seen better days. It was clean but the bathroom tiles and all internal doors could do with a good deep clean. The inner front door is sticking and needs attention to avoid any more strain on the hinges. It was nice to see that the old broken sun loungers from last year have now been taken away.
