  : Beautiful setting with stunning views of the picturesque valley and mountains. Lovely, large pool with roman steps, which is clean and nicely chilled. Large well-maintained garden with plenty of greenery and an excellent outdoor, sheltered bbq and dining area. The property is private and not overlooked but does share an entrance driveway and back garden wall with the owners next door.Villa is a good size for up to 8 people but a little cramped in the kitchen/living space. Comfortable and clean but basic furnishings.Great location, just a few minutes drive into Pollenca (could walk in about 20 minutes but it was too hot during our trip and the long gravel driveway and main lane make the start difficult with a pram), 10-15 minutes drive to Port de Pollenca.
  : The interior is a little dated in areas such as the bathrooms (two have simple, tiny cubicle showers) but the one ensuite bathroom has been nicely refurbished with a walk-in rain shower. There is no bath. The bed in the master bedroom needs upgrading as the mattress is very poor.Note there is no AC in the main dining/living room area so it can get quite hot in summer. Bedrooms all have very effective AC. AC runs 7-7 and again 12-3pm but is otherwise off in the day.
