  : The location was ideal for us to conveniently break our journey, house and ground lovely, quiet and peaceful and the hosts were lovely friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast, included in the price was superb we would definitely like to visit again.

  : We were to arrive late at Domaine de Seugnac and had our booking cancelled one hour from arrival, told not to bother the hostess with messages, forget about a refund and that we should have planned better. We were forced to find other accommodations for two adult, a teen and two four year old children late at night, at great expense, because the hostess of this accommodation decided to shut her doors on us. Dear reader: if there is even a slight risk you will inconvenience your host at this place, I recommend you find other accommodations. We were late to arrive, notified about our problems and delays hours in advance. At first we thought our troubles will only take us a couple of hours and as the situation evolved I notified about additional delays. In the end this accumulated to arrival at a late hour 10pm. Our hostess decided shes had enough and will be shutting the doors at 9pm. We were told to not come, not contact her and to stop bothering her and asking her for help in finding alternative accommodations. She later had the audacity to cancel our booking as no show. Dear hostess: you had many different options to choose from in dealing with this situation. You could have charged us late arrival fees, you could have left us keys, you could have even directed us to some other hotel. Instead you chose the easiest option for you; keep the money, forget about us. You forgot that your industry is about hospitality. I was in trouble, you were paid in advance in full, I asked for your help. Instead you sent me and family packing into the literal dark. You were sarcastic in your responses (yes, telling me to be a better parent next time is sarcasm), polite up to the point where my situation annoyed you, ignored my request for help and you kept my money that you do not deserve. Do not worry; I will never, ever, trouble you again.
