  : The food was nice and the overall facilities.
  : We paid extra to stay in a room that had a double bed and the only room available was a suite. The suite we were given was on top of a boiler room or furnace of some kind. The floor was vibrating and the sound was so loud the entire night. When we complained to the receptionist Zdenka, we were told we had to wait an hour to speak to the manager to make a complaint. We were told we would be phoned when the manager would be there if we were not there at the time he might arrive. We were not phoned, so when we returned she said the manager would not be available for another hour again. It was obvious they were just trying to dismiss us, and when we asked to speak to the manager on the phone if he is so busy on a Sunday to speak to a customer, she refused. We then waited a further 30 minutes to speak to the manager who told us we should have complained during the night to change room, even though we knew they were fully booked so there was no other room. Because we didnt follow this unknown rule, we were offered no resolution. The customer service was abhorrent, especially from the receptionist and we would never stay there again because of the blatant lack of interest in the customers happiness.

  : The room was clean and quite large. Everything about the hotel is pretty good, though I though the food could be better. The general location in Zelena Laguna is great - it's a lovely place, the sea is lovely and clear, lots of nice places to walk, excursions by tourist train to Pore and boats to Pore and Rovinj.
  : The main drawback is the height above sea level. From the beach to the rooms there are about a hundred steps. Not suitable for elderly people with mobility issues or heart conditions.

  : Cleaning could be better as well. Also, for some reason, staff declined to offer us drinks during the last night dinner, which was extreme surprise...Room walls with traces of mold
