  : Location was good. The over all stay was ok minus the other issues named. Was quiet and the pool was always clean.
  : The living area was always warm, couldn't run the fan without all the lights on in there. Only partial burners worked on the stove made it hard to cook. The water was shut off the last full day we were here with no explanation. (cleaning lady) parking in our reserved parking spot was a pain and nothing was done about it. The hide a bed couch needs replacing all you could feel we're springs poking you. The condo need of some repair the ceiling tape is peeling off. The lamp in living room doesn't work, stove light didn't work. Vents are dirty.

  : Was not handicap friendly. There was no sign showing Seabatical condos. Took 1.5 hrs to find. We had to call the emergency line to get assirance to locate the place. Would have been nice if they told us to look for Malibu beach club. The pier to walk to beach was broken and had to jump to beach. Very dangerous for a 59 yrs
